Our designer measures the room, photographs it, and gets a feel for the situation, taking in your choices of appliances, sinks, taps and worktops.

You come back
We show you the plan, the 3D images and an exact price. That is the point at which you decide, and not before.

Before you come
Do I need an appointment?
Not to look round. Come in during opening hours and somebody will show you the displays. You need an appointment for the home visit, which is the next step after that.
Is there parking?
Yes, on site at Lingey Close.
What should I bring?
Nothing, but if you have them: rough measurements of the room, a photograph or two on your phone, and any appliance you have already decided on. None of it is required.
Will I be sold to?
No. The first visit is us finding out what is wrong with the room you have. There is no charge for the consultation and nothing to sign.
Can I come on a Saturday?
Saturday mornings, 8am to 12. It is the busiest time of the week and it exists precisely for people who cannot get here midweek.
