What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form we collect your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, the town your house is in, and whatever you write in the message box.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry and to arrange a visit. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anybody outside the firm.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and afterwards as part of our record of the work, because a customer who rings in ten years about a door is better served if we still have the file.

Asking us to delete it

Ring 01228 710085 or write to sales@thwaite-holme.co.uk and we will.
